1. Balance Sheet
JBL Holdings takes care of collecting rent and paying vendors on your behalf. The second week of every month you will receive a detailed property statement via email and an EFT (electronic funds transfer) dispursing your balance. At the conclusion of each calendar year, owners are provided a report that can be used to complete your income taxes or simply hand over to your CPA.
2. Unlimited Access
JBL Holdings’ secure, owner portal allows you to check on your investment anytime you want, from anywhere with an internet connection or through your smart phone. You can choose to monitor your property on a daily basis or quickly glance at your monthly statement. Whatever you choose, you will know your investment is being well managed by JBL Holdings.
3. Security Deposit
JBL Holdings collects and holds your tenant’s security deposit. In between tenants, JBL Holdings throughly inspects your property for damage, compares it to the inventory and condition report that the tenant completed at the inception of the lease, then provides your tenant with a security deposit itemization and refund.
