Your property’s internet presence will be optimized to gain the interest of local as well as out-of-town tenants. We do this by listing your property in the local MLS (Multiple Listing Service) in addition, your property will appear on over 200 other sites including Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia and Google.

​Each potential tenant 18 years of age and older is required to complete an online application. JBL Holdings runs an extensive credit, criminal background and eviction history check. If the prospective tenant passes the initial checks, then character and employment references are personally called. As the property owner, all of this information is given to you to help you make an educated decision on who to accept. This is not a decision to take lightly, which is why JBL Holdings will be by your side every step of the way

Some property managers feel their job is complete once the tenant is chosen for your property. At JBL Holdings, our job is just beginning! After working to find the perfect tenant, we thoroughly explain the lease and answer any questions, then facilitate signing either in person or via DocuSign. A signed lease does not guarantee compliance, JBL Holdings takes it a step further by verifying your tenant’s liability insurance and getting a completed Inventory and Condition form…providing additional protection for your assets.

In the rare occasion the chosen tenant is not working out, JBL Holdings handles all rent collection calls and notices. In the unlikely event that an eviction is required, JBL Holdings will file all of the appropriate paperwork and appears in court with all of the documentation necessary to have the tenant removed within 30 days.
